APP HOST AND CREDENTIAL USERS TERMS OF USE
1. Description of Service and Patent Notice
Our Service provides a multi-functional application environment featuring:
PATENT PENDING NOTICE: The security, authentication, and access architecture of this Service—including but not limited to the unique Virtual ID and Access Key verification framework, administrative tool registry workflows, Virtual ID and Access Key match-login button focus logic, and automated credential lifecycle deletion—is the subject of a pending United States patent application. Unauthorized replication, reverse-engineering, or exploitation of this proprietary security architecture is strictly prohibited.
2. Definitions
Company ("We", "Us", "Our"):
The owner, developer, and provider of the software and patent-pending access system.
App Host: A business, entity, or individual who utilizes Company administration tools to host their own network, provide P2P communication, distribute content, networking and manage users access to thier private platform.
[1]Access Credentials User: An individual user registered by an App Host who utilizes a Virtual ID and Access Key to log into and use the Service.
Access Credentials: The combination of a unique Virtual ID (which identifies the individual user) and an Access Key (which dictates authorized access to specific P2P calls, live/on-demand content, social media, and network postings).
Acces Credential Catalog: A functional catalog used by AppHost to promote availiable access and by Credential User to order Access Credentials.The App host may or may not offer free trials, and require upfront payment using P2P payment gateways.
Invite Card: A functional document generated by the Service using catalog order data, utilized by the App Host to deliver valid credentials to a user as part of a trial and/or upfront payment, after a payment is cleared.
3. Independence of App Hosts and Financial Framework
Independent Commercial Entities:App Hosts operate entirely as independent businesses. The Company does not act as an employer, partner, or joint venturer with any App Host.
Host Pricing Control: App Hosts retain sole and absolute discretion to set their own retail pricing for access tiers (1-day, 7-day, 14-day, 30-day). App Hosts keep 100% of all profits generated from their independent sales.
Anonymity of Secondary Sales: The Company has no visibility into, control over, or record of the specific individuals to whom App Hosts sell Access Credentials, nor the transaction amounts agreed upon between App Hosts and Credential Users.
Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Personal Payment Processing: The Service does not provide native credit card processing or built-in merchant banking. All payments are handled directly between the parties (App Host and Access Credential Users).
User to Host: Access Credentials Store included with the host app. The App Host bills the user directly and processes the payment completely outside of our system. Credential Users select personal payment options (such as Venmo, Cash App, Chime, or similar third-party P2P platforms) from the
Company to App Host :App Hosts purchase App use based on access tiers (30-minutes , 1-hour, 1-day, 7-day, 14-day, 30-day) and Access Credential Packs bundles of 50, 100, 500, or 1,000 base on access tier purchased, using similar personal P2P payment and or traditional third party payment methods.We currently are allowing (Unlimited) Access Credential for testing and evaluation purposes and subject to change to Access Credential Packs bundles wirhout notice.
[1] Limitation of Financial Liability: Because all financial exchanges occur on third-party P2P payment platforms, the Company is not responsible for payment disputes, unfulfilled orders, transaction errors, or fraudulent activities occurring between App Hosts and Access Credential Users.
4. Admin Tools, Registration, and Invite Cards
Administrative Panel Workflows: App Hosts must use the native registration tools provided within their Admin Dashboard to properly input and register the Virtual IDs and Access Keys for their Access Credential Users.
Invite Card Execution:Upon receiving an order request through their Access Key Store, App Hosts use the system's Invite Card tool to pull relevant data from the catalog order to create an authorized Invite Card that the App Host may print, digitally export, and deliver to the customer to finalize access credential distribution.
Security Verification: Final app access is tightly coupled to this process. The login button inside the client applications will remain entirely unfocused and locked unless the credentials typed by the user perfectly match the active, authorized parameters registered in the system's underlying registry file.
5.Free Trials and Proform a Operations
Company Evaluation Tiers: The Company provides a free trial period alongside complimentary initial credentials to new App Hosts for testing and evaluation purposes and subject to change wirhout notice. However, app Host may or may not offer free trials.
Transition to Paid Tiers (App Host Only): If an App Host wishes to continue using the Service past the trial expiration date, or if they require additional credentials beyond the complimentary allotment, the request will be proformed in the identical manner as standard orders. Transitioning to active tiers requires manual order processing and settlement via the designated personal P2P payment and/or traditional third party payment metods.
6. Data Privacy and Collection Limitations
No Financial Data Storage: The Service does not collect, transmit, or store personal credit cards, bank account details, or secondary financial data.
Permitted Data Fields: To maintain system functionality, the system only collects and processes the user's name, email address, and the specific personal payment identifiers voluntarily exchanged during the credentialing and registration process.
Automated Credential Lifecycle Deletion: Credentials automatically delete immediately upon expiration (at the end of the 30-minutes , 1-hour, 1-day, 7-days, 14-days, or 30-days tier access term).
7. User Data Responsibility and Expiration Warning
Immediate Deletion: Upon the expiration and automatic deletion of a Credential, all associated access to chat history, uploaded video/audio content, social media posts, and networking records for that specific credential timeframe will be permanently wiped from the App Host active interface.
Duty to Backup: It is the absolute and sole responsibility of both App Hosts and Credential Users to manually download, copy, or save any media content, call,chat logs, or networking data before the Credential expires.
No Recovery:The Company does not archive expired data and cannot recover any files, chats, or media once a Credential has automatically deleted. The Company is not liable for any data lost due to a user's failure to back up their information prior to expiration.
8. Intellectual Property and Copyright
Platform Ownership: All software, algorithms, automated scrolling mechanics, playlist sequencing logic, user interfaces, branding, graphics, and the patent-pending credential framework are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.
Copyright Protection:
The visual and functional layout of the apps is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our apps or included software.
User Content License:By uploading, posting, or transmitting content ,and network posts through the Service, App Hosts and Credential Users grant the platform a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, stream, and display that content solely for the purpose of executing the requested application functions (e.g., playing content in uploaded order or populating the scrolling social feed, displaying chat messages, name,photo, video,).
9.THIRD-PARTY INFRASTRUCTURE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
1. Web Hosting Environment:
The Service is developed by the Company but is hosted, deployed, and run on servers owned, managed, and maintained by a third-party commercial web hosting provider ("provided upond written request-support@n4sappme.com"). The Company possesses limited administrative access to its specific domain partition
and does not own, physically control, or directly maintain the underlying server hardware, data centers, or core network pipelines.
2. No Uptime or Performance Guarantees:
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. The Company explicitly disclaims any liability for system interruptions,
server crashes, network latency, data packet drops, hardware failures, or routing issues caused by the Hosting , browsers, or upstream internet service providers.
3. Data Loss and Force Majeure:
While the Service features automated credential deletion upon expiration, the Company is not responsible for any premature data loss, file corruption, file system ,or database drops resulting from the Hosting Provider’s maintenance, security incidents, server wipes, or outages. App Hosts and Credential Users retain the sole responsibility to back up all chats, media ,recordings, and all other content and communication data externally prior to credential expiration.
10.PRIVACY AND LOCAL STORAGE DISCLOSURE
1. Information We Collect: We collect minimal personal data necessary solely to execute our proprietary credential system. This includes the App Host’s name and email, and the Credential User’s name, email,and voluntarily exchanged peer-to-peer (P2P) payment handles (e.g., Venmo, Cash App, Chime). We do not collect, view, store, or transmit financial credit cards or bank accounts.
2. Browser-Side Technologies: To operate our unique app mechanics, the Service utilizes functional cookies, session states, and browser local storage. These tools are used strictly to:Verify that the input Virtual ID and Access Key match the active configuration in the system's files and/or database to focus the login button. Track chronological video and audio playback ordering for seamless automation. Remember start, stop, and pause positions for the automated social media scrolling feed.
3. Complete Data Erasure: We do not track or sell user behavior. Upon the automatic expiration and deletion of a Virtual ID and Access Key, all active session data hosted within
our domain partition is permanently erased.
11.DMCA COPYRIGHT POLICY & SAFE HARBOR COMPLIANCE

If you believe that any content (live streams, on-demand video, audio, or social media posts) hosted within our web application domain
infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a formal takedown notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to our designated
copyright compliance office via email at: [support@n4sappme.com].
2. Notice Requirements:
Your notice must include a description of the copyrighted work, the specific URL link where the infringing material is located within
our app, and your contact information.
3. Third-Party Web Host Redirection:
Because our application is hosted within a rented partition of a third-party commercial web hosting provider, the Company will expedite the removal of infringing content upon verifying valid notices. However, claimants acknowledge that the Company cannot control data cached or mirrored by the upstream Hosting Provider.
12. Acceptable and Legal Use:
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using the app to: Transmit, host, or share any content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing on third-party intellectual property, or harmful. Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to hack the Access Credential verification system or bypass the Access Key security parameters. Misrepresent your identity or use a Virtual ID not explicitly assigned to you by an authorized Company and/or App Host.
13.SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION & REGISTRATION GUIDELINES (For Authorized App Hosts Only):
As an App Host utilizing our administrative panel, registration tools, and patent-pending credential management system, you are the front-line
administrator of your private network. You are strictly required to adhere to these operational and privacy rules to maintain system integrity, legal compliance, and network security.
1. Data Collection and Registration Accuracy:
Permitted Data Only:
When registering a new user, you are strictly authorized to collect and input only three pieces of data into the registration
dashboard: the user’s Name, Email Address, and their preferred P2P Payment Identifier (e.g., Venmo, Cash App, or Chime handle).
Prohibition on Financial Data: You must never ask for, collect, or input credit card numbers, bank account routing details, Social Security numbers, or any other highly sensitive financial data into our system or credentials registry tools.
Accurate Registry Mapping:
Ensure names and emails are spelled correctly before linking them to a Virtual ID and Access Key. Inaccurate data entry can prevent the credentials registry file from verifying the user, causing the client app's login button to remain locked.
2. Safeguarding Credential Packs and System Access:
Admin Panel Confidentiality: Your admin panel credentials are your exclusive keys to generating and distributing access. You are strictly prohibited from sharing your admin login with third parties or unauthorized employees.
No Re-use of Expired Access Credentials:
Once an Access Credentials expires and is automatically deleted by the system lifecycle (after 30-minutes , 1-hour, 1-day, 7-day, 14-day, 30-day), it is permanently dead. Do not attempt to manually forge or re-use expired credential strings in the registry tools.
[1]Order-to-Card Matching:
When generating an Invite Card, you must ensure that the data populated from the catalog order directly matches the lifecycle purchased. Distributing credentials that do not match the catalog order data and/or outside the range of your expired access time, is a breach of your host status and ground for termination and legal action if fraud.
3. P2P Payment Integrity and Financial Independence Sole Financial Responsibility:
You act as a completely independent vendor. You are solely responsible for billing your customers, verifying that their third-party P2P payment (Venmo, Cash App, Chime, etc.) has cleared, and manually delivering their credentials via the Invite Card tool.
No Chargeback Protection:
Because all transactions occur off-platform, the Company cannot
assist you with fraudulent users, reversed transactions, or payment disputes. You are advised to maintain your own external transaction logs through your chosen payment apps.
Tax Compliance:
You keep 100% of your credential sales profits. Consequently, you
are entirely responsible for tracking your revenue and paying any applicable local, state, or federal income and sales taxes (including Pennsylvania state tax, if applicable).
4. Age Verification and Legal Use Guardrails Under-13 Restriction (COPPA Compliance):
You are strictly prohibited from registering any user under the age of 13. If you discover a Credential User on your network is under 13, you must immediately delete their access parameters via your admin tool. Content Monitoring Duty: While the Company provides the software infrastructure and server partition, you are the direct manager of your P2P calls, live/on-demand feeds, social media,and network. You must monitor your network and revoke credentials for any user posting illegal, deeply harmful, or copyright-infringing content USING ACTIVE USERS LINK.
5. Managing the Expiration and Deletion Process Proactive Warning Duty:
While the catalog screen and Invite Cards warn users about data deletion, you must remind your users that automatic expiration means permanent deletion.No Back-End Recovery: If a user contacts you begging to recover lost chats or a video after their 1-day ,7-day,14-days, or 30-day credential has expired, you must inform them that the data is unrecoverable. The system automatically wipes the partition entry, and the Company does not retain backups.
